Administration Department
The department oversees all administrative matters including personnel, finance, budgeting, logistics, accommodation, and catering.  There are three support units within the department, namely catering and accommodation, accounts, and stores & supplies.
 

  Health Personnel Education Department
The main activities under this department include training, conducting research, and providing consultancy services in health personnel education. The training is in form of long course, short courses, and distance education.

Health Learning Materials (HLM) Department
The department provides support to learning by producing relevant up to date learning materials. Other activities include training and providing consulting services in health learning materials. The library, print shop, and bookshop are under the auspices of this department.

Public Health Department
The main activities under this department include training, conducting research and providing consultancy services in a wide range of public health issues.
